Wedding management (without set up/clean up) $950 

• Service starts 6-8 weeks before wedding day 

• Vendor suggestions available any time after booking 

• Rehearsal add on is an additional $100- Chattanooga area, $200+, more than 30 miles from Chattanooga 

• up to10 hours of wedding day coverage, managing/coordinating the entire day

• Formal timeline creation and distribution 

• 1-2 formal meetings prior to wedding day

• 1 wedding manager/coordinator and 1 wedding assistant (for guest counts of 140-200 additional assistant required + $300 added, 200+ guests $600 added) 

• up to 13 hours of wedding day coverage, managing/coordinating the entire day

• 2-3 formal meetings prior to wedding day

• Decoration of wedding reception and ceremony using personal décor and items provided by the couple and any rentals 

• Floorplan assistance

Full wedding planning starting $3500+

• Everything included in Wedding Management package with set up/clean up 

• Full planning services any time before the wedding day

• Initial meeting, discuss wedding vision and budget

• 5-10 Planning Meetings before wedding day

• Budget and payment tracking with regular updates

• Creation of wedding floorplan with theme and design suggestions

• Scheduling and attending all vendor meetings and visits

• Planning and scheduling of all vendors for wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

• Full rehearsal coordination 

• All-inclusive Sparkler send-off all (planner provides everything needed for send-off)

 

Custom Partial planning package:

• Everything included in full planning with less vendor planning or closer to wedding date- under 5 months from wedding date when booked 

 

 

Extras and add-ons

 

--All-inclusive sparkler send-off $125

(all supplies included long burning 20” sparklers up to 100 guests (+$1/ each more), $30 off for under 50 guests, disposal buckets, quick lighting torch)

 

**********Travel Information

We are based in Chattanooga TN and travel up to 80 miles outside of Chattanooga for free on event day. Up to 130 miles with gas reimbursement past the first 80 miles. If travel is more than 130 miles a travel fee and accommodations might be required.
